On November 24 with the support of the Moscow City Department of Sports an International Tournament "Moscow is a Universe of Karate" will start, in which the best karate fighters from 20 countries of the world, from Venezuela and Mexico to Kuwait and Iran, will participate.
Among them: participants of Tokyo Olympic Games (three of them are Olympic medal winners), current World Champions and prize-winners, Champions of Continents, Premier League winners, as well as medalists of the Youth World Championships. Russia has never seen such a strong composition of karate fighters!
The Russian Karate Federation (FKR) - together with the Moscow Government, the Ministry of Sports and the Russian Olympic Committee - has provided all the necessary conditions for their stay, including an exclusive prize fund. The ultramodern Palace of Irina Viner-Usmanova, one of the best sport complexes not only in Moscow, but also in the whole country, was chosen as the venue of the competition.
Traditionally much attention is being paid to comfort and safety of the competitors.
